Scope of works

The works comprise of Bulk Earthworks for Stages 211 and 212 including of
implementation and maintaining all erosion and sediment control (ESCP) measures for Stages 211, 212 and 2K (remaining balance of land).

The works also comprise of the construction of services (water, sewer, drainage, electrical, NBN, lighting) and roadworks for Stage 2ll only as per drawings.

Landscaping of pedestrian link park between Stage211 and Zuccoli Aspire including topsoil, grassing, landscaping retaining walls and associated infrastructure as per Clouston’s Park Link
Design Drawings. ESCP for the balance of the land remaining for future development.
